What we collect
Hotel team details, guest stay details shared by the hotel, and the requests and messages guests send. We do not collect or store payment card data.
How it is kept separate
Each hotel has an isolated workspace. One hotel cannot see another hotel’s guests, staff or requests.
Retention and deletion
Hotels can ask for their data to be removed. Retention periods are agreed with each hotel.
